We specialize in custom fabricated shop & field built welded steel standpipes, round
storage tanks and pressure vessels. Tanks are built to the following specifications:
AWWA, ASME, API & NFPA.
Although Tank and Vessel builders, L.P. is a new company we bring over seventy-five years of combined tank experience to the operations.
We provide our services with:
- In house drafting
- 60 ton lifting capacity with 40ft. under hook
- Multi-head CNC burn table
- 2 1/4″ thick x 10′-0″ wide plate roll
- Sandblasting and painting facility

Leadership
KENT KROMER is the President and C.E.O. of both Tank Builders, Inc., and Tank & Vessel Builders, LLC. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, he joined TBI in 2008, starting his career in estimating and design. Over the years, he expanded his expertise in engineering, drafting, accounting, IT, and project management. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Vice President of Production before advancing to his current leadership role.
